A Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in numerous forms of civil construction, has a strong work ethic, strong analytical mind, eye for detail, is an excellent communicator and team player, and takes responsibility and accountability. 

Onkar holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from I K Gujral Punjab Technical University, Punjab, India and has held a variety of positions in the construction industry during the past 20 years.  Onkar also holds a Diploma in Project Management.

Onkar is a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) in Queensland.

Onkar began his career as a construction site engineer with G.R. Agarwal Builders & Developers Pty. Ltd., Jodhpur (India) and has since worked on the road, and bridge projects across Queensland, New South Wales and overseas and worked at various levels in construction. He is currently working for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, QLD as an Administrator’s Representative for road rehabilitation projects across the Darling Downs District. He had previously worked on some iconic projects in Queensland, like Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, Airport Link Tunnel, and Gateway Upgrade, to name a few.

A Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in total of working in various capacities in Traffic Engineering & Development Engineering, Planning and Geographic Information System areas. He has worked for the last 13 years in Local Governments and the State Government of Queensland. 

Ashish is a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) in Queensland.

Ashish is currently contracted as a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Road Operations section of Toowoomba Regional Council. 

Ashish is a registered Road Safety Auditor. 

His primary skills are in Traffic Engineering and Development Engineering.
